Damariscotta Public Restrooms
A support building for The town of Damariscotta designed to blend with the local waterfront district. Brick was carefully chosen tie in with the local historic buildings. The building is located in a flood zone and is designed on driven piles as well as designed elevated above the flood elevations based on code criteria and required heights. The building is design with an accessible ramp system.
