Damariscotta Residence
In-town new residence designed to reflect the proportions and detailing of the historic downtown area. This residence is designed with a traditional front street facing façade with Greek Revival detailing, but with a twist as the back façade faces the river and opens up with waterfront views. The materials for the project were selected and designed to withstand Maine’s harsh and damp weather while reducing maintenance through careful selection and specifications.
