This family residence is complete with screen room, game room over garage featuring balcony & views. Features including an indoor/outdoor granite fireplace, terrace and expansive glass and French doors invite the views and site in to enjoy. The design is a hybrid between Shingle style and traditional New England Cape style architecture. Pilaster trim details accentuate the gabled sitting area projections that break up the length. Subtle shingle style details including flares, and trim details blend the style with a nod to Shingle Style Architecture. Both ends of the building are subtly angled to reduce the total length, capture specific views and reduce the appearance of scale to focus towards the central terrace core and views.
