Master Planning for an agricultural themed Event Center
Master Planning for an agricultural themed Event Center to be implemented with phased construction that includes roadway and parking; guest, event and function buildings; outdoor activity and overnighting areas, agricultural areas; waterfront activity areas and access; site utility locations; solar and green initiatives planning. The project also considered how to respect and leverage the site’s multiple topographic features including wetlands, forest, fields and waterfront.
