The owners desire was to design a new entry and bring more character to an existing large sprawling cottage with very large massing and turn it into a more pleasing and inviting cottage.
The building was designed to be expanded in multiple phases over time, including a new garage & mudroom on one end, and a family room/kitchen on the other end.
