Rockport Residence
The owners desire was to take their simple cape which sits on a hill top overlooking the ocean and scenic blueberry covered hilltops in Rockport, and add several additions to allow the building to work for a growing family year round. The building was designed to be expanded in multiple phases over time, including a new garage & mudroom on one end, and a family room/kitchen on the other end. A final phase of a terrace and screen room and pergola are designed to complete the project. A simple cape is transformed into an expansive shingle style dwelling taking advantage of the site grades and views.
