An ell renovation incorporates all the essentials for a retired couple including: Added grandchildren’s bunkroom, added full bath, updated laundry and mudroom, along with sleeping accommodations for the pet. The goal was to incorporate a renovation to the existing ell and garage structure while maintaining a certain character that blends with the remaining portions of the existing residence. The result is a renovation that looks like it has always been there yet provided necessary updates.
