St. George Residence
A summer residence designed within the flood plain built on granite & shingle piers to elevate the building for views and code requirements. The shingle style dwelling is complete with a 3-bay garage with guest quarters and exercise space above. The main house features an elevator for easy access and future planning as an age in place summer residence. Many shingle style features resonate throughout including two turrets with a sweeping wrap around porch and deck with X pattern railings. A two story stone chimney and fireplace are featured in a cathedral great room and add to the shingle style character inside and out. Many landscape features including an outdoor fireplace, hot tub and terraces were designed throughout the immediate natural and native planted grounds.
