Damariscotta River Residence
A major transformation of this picturesque location along the Damariscotta River has turned this otherwise dated brick clad kit house into an upscale estate completed with added porches, balcony, dormers, and carriage house. The entire estate is transformed internally and externally to take advantage of expansive western sunset views along the river as well as meet the needs of the family. The location being in town is unique in that the street scape and character from one side blends with the neighborhood in a traditional rambling coastal cape feel, while the water side takes advantage of the expansive views, privacy and solar orientation.
