Rutherford Island Cottage
Rutherford Island cottage receives a major renovation with a dormer addition, new wrap around porch complete with new added mudroom and entry porch with custom screen doors, screen room facing water views along with an added full bathroom which double as extra guest bathroom use.
Unique custom features included our custom designed porch posts with solid douglas fir capital scroll detail integrated with a custom removable screen/glass panel system. In addition, the back grilling porch includes a custom lattice detail creating screened privacy to neighbors with a nautical radius cut out.
