Residence & Carriage House
This new construction residence design is based on creating an inviting cottage style design that blends Craftsman and Shingle Style architectural detailing into a coastal island residence retreat for a couple and their family. The main residence has expansive views on both sides as its location has high commanding views both to the ocean on the terrace view side, and inner harbor views on the opposite. The design lends itself to porches on both sides including a screen room and covered terrace as well as a traditional porch to enjoy both apposing views. The first floor is designed with an open concept and expansive windows/doors on both sides of the building to enjoy the views as well as a second floor balcony. A covered terrace creates a convenient walkway back to the carriage house which includes a second floor study.
